I'm heavily invested in hand-picked tech stocks and would like to diversify -which index fund to buy

$NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ $Amazon(AMZN.US)$ $Microsoft(MSFT.US)$
My issue is that 50% of my portfolio now is tech - AMZN, NVDA, MSFT, GOOGL and few others. I was thinking it's time to trim this and go to less concentrated portfolio slowly - but given that these guys are a huge part of ETFs like SPY I'm wondering if that's a good direction.

What do Bogleheads think of dividend-yield concentrated ETFs instead? I was considering VYM (Vanguard High Dividend Yield ETF) which should have little overlap with big tech because big tech doesn't do dividends. Good idea, bad idea? Do you have other recommendations?
