What are dividend stocks with high dividend yield and/or frequent payouts?

Define high yield. Some consider this 5% and others say 20%. Huge difference between them. Individual stocks or ETF?

For individual, some dividends are only paid on preferred shares, which are typically not traded at the same volumes as regular/ordinary shares.
