Do most leveraged ETF’s just cease to exist after each crash?
$Direxion Daily S&P 500 Bull 3X Shares ETF (SPXL.US)$ In specific I’d just like to know if the end of day a 3x S&P 500 like $SPXL will just go belly up after the next big crash and that’s the reason you can’t find many that are more than 10 years old?

Marilyne : It'd take a 33.4%-in-ONE-DAY crash to kill off SPXL. It would survive a prolonged/multi-day 33.4% crash OK. These leveraged ETFs just didn't exist until relatively recently.
07140918 : I think when the price of leverage ETF drop to some level, they will combine share and increase the share price
明天会更好1 : US stocks will fuse, so they won't disappear
