$Alibaba (BABA.US)$ $iSpecimen (ISPC.US)$ my take about the stock price is .. regardless whatever price I buy , if the stock price fell by 10% down , I’ll cut the stock away and clear my position, like that we are able to keep our funds . A lot of times we tell ourselves this stock would goes back to the point we buy or goes back and rocket back .it’s a lie to our brain , our decision.
Examples u hold baba, it was $170 a month ago , now it is $119. if u apply the technique of cut at 10%, it would be $153 sell off.. and today if u want to buy back can do it at $119. but if the mentality is keep holding . the loses would be too much .
I apply cut lost at 10% and run off at 30% if I want . I’ve loses quite a few times badly to understand this . hope it helps all in the future investment.
