APE Dave : george announced on 3rd December that the lease requirement need to be fulfilled by drilling more wells before the land can be sold or spinout. delayed till 1st quarter 2022 before that can happen.
so, the announcement will be for divy payout, assets transfer to a new company "oilco" or a mixture of both.
