$Cenntro Electric (NAKD.US)$ Does anyone know when this is supposed to happen - Upon finalization, Naked Brands will cease to exist. Under the terms of the merger, Naked shareholders will receive seven shares in the new entity for every three existing NAKD shares they own ?? I know the reverse split happened already but I haven't gotten my 7 for every 3 yet ?

Bloom88 71409556 OP : from what i understand, we have nothing to do with the 7 shares, its intended for the original private investors of Cenntro. They wont be able to sell these shares for the next 180 days.

Under the terms of the merger, Naked shareholders will receive seven shares in the new entity for every three existing NAKD shares they own as was reported on 12/10 even before the reverse split. So according to that whoever held shares after the reverse split should get 7 for every 3 that they owned. Which has not taken place so far.
