peizes : That is the question we all ask our self. research stocks and the market as a whole listen to your instincts and your head. This is something you have to choose on your own.
FAKE investment GuRu peizes : I like this REIT. But valuation still seems high for me. Waiting for PB to be around 1.5 or dividend yield at around 4.5%. Having said that, there is a possibility I will never have the chance to buy this REIT.
