  • Marble Spotty : Do you want to make short-term investment or long-term investment or compound interest?

  • Lucky min28 OP Marble Spotty : Can share tips/advice on all 3 options for consideration?

  • Marble Spotty Lucky min28 OP : It's just a personal opinion. You need to make your own decisions. In the short term, keep an eye on the stock market all the time. You never know when to buy at the lowest price, but you can also make money quickly. Even Buffett can't. I'm busy now. I'll reply to your other two later.

  • Marble Spotty : Even Buffett can't get the lowest price every time. I am not a specialized stock fund manager myself, so I can't keep an eye on the stock market every minute, so I basically don't do short-term. Long-term, do good research before entering, choose what you are familiar with, like, company performance is good, there is a front (money) road, this time is 3-5 years, really do not know what stock to look for, VOO is a very good choice. Compound interest is similar to the long term, but easier than the long term. For me, I basically invest in compound interest and buy cryptocurrencies when I have spare money. Compound interest is the best option in the long run, so if you don't have a voo yet, you can buy it no matter what the price of the voo is now. Compound interest is long-term lasting. If the price is lower than the price you bought before, buy some more, and if the abnormal price is low, buy more.

  • Marble Spotty : Say so, understand?

  • Lucky min28 OP : Thank you for sharing your insights! Yes understand more now

  • ardiesaints : Im with the same situation! Thanks for the advice. If i have some cash saving , is it advisable to enter at higher upfront capital like 50/100 shares. Then compound interest monthly?

  • Marble Spotty ardiesaints : Now the wind is high and the waves are strong, keep your bullets and food, it is really itchy, and if people are not in the United States, you can avoid taxes, it is recommended to pay attention to high-interest stocks first.
