Is F a growth stock now?

$Ford Motor (F.US)$ I’ve been following Ford for roughly 4 years now and it usually sat around $9-$12 and never below or above (with the exception of 2020 correction, it hit below $4) and now it’s up nearly 200% since 2020 and started issuing a dividend again. What’s driving the price so high?
