A lot of investors are looking at the wrong thing when investing, they look at the price chart instead of the company. I think we can improve out mental health if we stop looking at the price chart seconds by seconds and take the time and spend it with your loved ones, or researching the company you invested in. The former gives you anxiety, the latter gives you peace of mind.
After evaluating the company and you have decided on the entry price, exit price and stop loss price. Just place the order and go enjoy life. Maybe check it once in a while, but don't let the price chart suck your life away. We only have about 90 years to live, are you going to spend 10 years looking at charts or are you going to spend the 10 years creating memories with your friends and family?
IAmMooMoo : totally agree. we should use money to work for us and not use money n use our time to wait for money to grow.. just buy n DD.. n wait n DCA..
