shin_chan_oscarrrr : it looks like they are gonna delist cei, but actually they aren't. the delisting process is going to start on may 20, 2022 if the filings and whatsoever meeting that should have been done last year have not been done by may 20, 2022
KSI1 : CEI isn’t going to be delisted. Doris has already started turning the company around and just waiting on a response from SEC on the 10k filing. We will see a good year for CEI. Do your DD and you will see for yourself. Just my opinion, but will be heavily investing personally.

They have a years worth of filings to turn over and have to have an investor meeting. I’m just saying it’s awfully shady. That’s why I figure they will run it up 1 more time to get that 100 million and then that’s going to send it down to under .30c
