$Medalist Diversified REIT Inc (MDRR.US)$ My favorite swing play right now, best risk/reward ratio I’ve seen in a small cap for a while. Looking like a solid historic support around $1 area, it’s 52wk low, with recent rips up to $1.55. 15M float cap, makes it so it can really run a long distance without much fuel. Dividends for holders of 12th of Jan. Patiently accumulating at low 1’s for a decent spike in price.
