it seem Moo moo price is higher ?

Did you have different quota access here
ShinyStars83 OP : I cannot access tiger as it need deposit to play paper trading ( still newbie ) .
I saw other playing tiger where bid price / ask price are much lower than moo moo ( US stock / TSLA) .

if you didn't get access to higher access here, it could happen.
Because you only could see free bid/ask price in one exchange, while actually there is a lot trade price in other exchanges.
