Did a couple of buy-in when the tech stocks are down. i.e. MSFT, CRM, NVDA, etc. Also, the opportunity to average out the prices when these are bought in tranches. No one has a crystal ball, it is more of spreading and diversification of stock holdings.
Companies with strong foundations, i.e. PE, PEG, PB, will be able to ride the wave and maybe storm. As long term for good companies, will be a uptrend.
$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$, $NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$, $Apple (AAPL.US)$, $Salesforce (CRM.US)$, $Pfizer (PFE.US)$, $Visa (V.US)$

Nick94928 : agreed! I am very diversified, some I make money on, others I hold and wait.
I consistently do well on Fundrise, property stocks. it is only around 12 to 14% , but no matter what the market is doing, I pull the above average. That is my insurance policy so to speak.
