First Investment of 2022
Likely due to the news of interest rates rising, REITs are taking a hit at the moment. I have been doing quite a bit of shopping since the start of 2022, buying more shares. My first investment was $CapLand Ascendas REIT (A17U.SG)$, to perform DCA to lower the cost of my previous purchases. Of course at the present moment, this counter that I am holding is still at a loss but I am not concerned and in fact, looking forward to a larger dividend return in time. I would continue to gradually buy in more share in the event of a further dip.
My other REITs investments for 2022 following Ascendas Reits include $CapLand IntCom T (C38U.SG)$, $Keppel DC Reit (AJBU.SG)$ $Mapletree Log Tr (M44U.SG)$.

AlfonsoDex OP 102576279 : I bought some in the previous dip at about 0.73.. Thus, would be hopefully somewhere around there or lower. At present, I am focussing on other Reits as I have shared.
Sianzsation : Keppel DC reit seems pricey although I would like to enter I don’t think it’s attractive for its current price. What’s your thoughts?
AlfonsoDex OP Sianzsation : On the contrary, I think that the price below 2.34 is a good catch actually.. furthermore its down to 2.29 just yesterday. This counter has the potential to go to more than 3. I noticed that Reits have recovered slightly today, perhaps if you want to get some before it goes up in price soon.
