According to the exchange's disclosure later in the day, $Keppel DC Reit (AJBU.SG)$The acquisition of the Bracknell data center in the UK was completed on Tuesday.

The 94,867 square foot property will be named London Data Center. It consists of three interconnected two-story buildings containing a data center space and a secondary office space.

The REIT acquired the data center from a joint venture between Fiera Real Estate and SEDCO Capital for £57 million ($77.7 million).
