Know the why then react accordingly.

I loss money when I make the entry at the wrong price point, when market is in a down trend or bad news was announced after the buy, etc.. Knowing why makes me realise my mistakes to take note of what to do and not to do. If the fundamentals of the stock is good and loss is less then 20%, I will hold on to it, otherwise cut loss. I will be calm and accept that losses are inevitable and can be valuable lessons to make me a better trader.
