How i deal with losses in stock market

I always trust my own choice and believe in one chinese word ”咸鱼翻生” so my strategy is either average out by buying more when it dropped or see on the positive side and hopefully recovers my losses eventually. My humble advice is to trade only the amount that you can hold for long term.
