Handling losses
I do not invest more than you can afford to lose normally. The way I Handle losses is that I will down a certain percentage amount, for example, I will sell half and take the tax right off. I will keep the other half if the stock have chance to recover in long run. I have learned from experience that on risky plays It's best to put a stop loss in place to manage your losses. Seeing your stock go red for a long period of time can be tough but if you believe in the company and believe it will recover then just hold until the market bounce back.
