How to deal with losses

So my first big loss was from penny crypto that my friend had asked me to buy and another was from penny stocks that I was swing trading before powell started giving his speeches.
What can you do after losing money: Just stay calm and take it as tuition fees. There's 2 options. Either just sell and change the stocks to other stock or just leave it in and hope that it will rise again if it has gone too far. Hopefully it will rise again and you didn't put too much money in. Remember that you should only play with money that you can lose.
How to manage: I have other savings and what I put in is considered very little to my salary so it's ok for me.
Comeback: I have other investments. I just let those that I have lost be as it has already gone too far.
Lessons: Don't just listen to people and follow. Swing trading is profitable but it is also very risky. Play at your own risk and do not put too much money in it. Try to look for long term investment companies.
