Trading the news
I am still fairly new to investing, but I do definitely pay much closer attention to the news now. I would like to say that, even though I pay closer attention to articles pertaining to companies I have invested in, that I don't engage in allowing the news to drive emotionally driven choices. I believe that the most useful way to use the news, is to follow developments, in ones interests. For example I have shares in $American Airlines (AAL.US)$
and those numbers and Charts have been hard to watch, but through news outlets I am confident that this will come back because EXTERNAL factors have contributed to stock princess falling. Omicron, staff shortages, inclement weather have all contributed to fight cancelations and delays. And these Events and Factors, directly affected my position. I believe that I make sense of the bearish heading, to build the bullish decision long term.
