Need help and clarification

hi all, i am new into Moo Moo, doing paper trading to familiar with the platform.
i am encountering slow reaction time during Buy/Sell while I am still exploring ,this frighten me if is a real trade which can cost me a big bomb ( as beginners).
This delay happened in every paper trade I am exploring and I had also contacted online help to clear my doubts but seem they cannot really understand this concerns
Can help me clarify the below concerns ( really appreciate and thanks in advance):
1. Online help replied it will get back to me regards the delay but till now , no update yet.
2. Online help had shared to get real time quote or avoid the delay ,must put deposit and I asked if $1 deposit can be done so able to access , replied is “ yes” .
3. i saw in MooMoo,there is “ US Options” / Real -time Quotes” , can this solve the delay issues of buying and selling .
4. This “US Options” / Real -time Quotes required payment by monthly / yearly , can this resolve the delay time/ dealy buy / delay sell ?
5. i am confused if just to deposit $1 into account or purchase “ US Options / Real -time Quotes”which need US2.99/month ?
6. Anyone try above before , can share experience so we can avoid further confusion as i am worried if online help information can be mis- interpret ?

  • ShinyStars83 OP Moomoo Buddy : Yes , was in meeting so unable to pick up calls . Did receive call and advise on deposit so to avoid delay . So I did check with those pay deposit but still lagging …. Really lost of words …

  • ShinyStars83 OP : After deposit and re-try few days , not so lagging but discovered is not sensitive.
    Example , want to sell at $3.28 and when hit $3.30++ , did not go through … then it drop below $2…..
    Some friends doing real trade lost few k due to lack of sensitivity…

  • MCKW : I also feel the lagging part so I plan to move to other platform
