skc2021 : Sorry for your loss. The company may be facing class action from investors with > $100k losses. If the company still pays dividend despite the consistent losses over the years, it is screwed. The revenues don't even come close to support the humongous OPEX over the years, and there was no reason for the sudden spike in its stock price around 2020.

This is a preferred divy from sales of all of the TRCH gas and oil, which they have approximately 3.2 million barrels of in the Orogrande! once in a life time chance. plus after this company gets going I would imagine regular divs as well in just a few years!
