overworked and underpaid

Employer's are losing employees and piling the work on the employees who's stay. If this continues I wouldn't doubt the unemployment rate will keep rising. Now these employees who quit are looking for work but finding out its like that everywhere so they refuse to overwork for the little money they could make. I think a lot of people that are jobless don't want to be jobless they just want to be treated fair and that's hard to find.
