US jobless claims hit 3-month high: Stay home or back to office?

Liveable wage needed 15-20 years ago

In all honesty, wages have not been keeping pace with inflation and costs of living, especially in markets such as Los Angeles and New York City. Our elected officials take forever and 15 days to do something for the average citizen while giving themselves nice pay hikes about every 5 years or so.
During the current health conditions I would much rather be at home, keeping myself and my family safe. Isolation is preferable than watching a loved one die of COVID-19.

  • treydongui : totally agree this has the 1st step towards redemption. rectifying this incredibly greedy imbalance that should've never been let get to this extent. People, many people have suffered for a very long time just to provide LUXURY (not even basic essentials, those are covered) to a very few. Seems criminal to me my friend. Great post ✌️

  • Mcsnacks H Tupack : That’s because the indebted are easier to control. The less money you have the more you depend on them. Isolation kills just as many people. Humans aren’t structured in a way for isolation to be healthy for them. If isolation was so great God wouldn’t have needed Adam and he wouldn’t have needed Eve.

A total newbie to investing.
