My advice, don't let your shares go that easy, if you can afford to hold and buy more, then do it.
This is a long term beneficial pension & savings plan, there is no need to lose sleep over your actions if you look at this as a long term operation. You do not need to be concerned.
However, if you are going to mess around and try and make a few pounds & pennies overnight then you need to rethink your strategy judging on how and what the markets are emitting at the moment.
