WebPsycho THEWIZARD : While this may not be true 100 percent but statically cfo selling prior to earnings results in big drop 80 percent of the times. Having said that I believe the CFO of tsla sells X number of fixed shares every month and you can see those filings. In that case it doesn’t matter and from what i remember it’s very small fraction of shares.
