SurgingIc3 : Fair enough, I have to agree on most except for the dividend ratio. That have been set under sec filing with no changes. Only thing that have yet been on record is the record date.
No one can tell you when to buy or whether its going up or down. There are those who are bullish while there are those who are bearish as well. Plan your exit before you even enter a single trade and dyodd.

SurgingIc3 Seamax : Register in what sense? The broker will issue to you once youve hold it from the record to distribution date. Currently, there is no record date yet so ya.
