SurgingIc3 Dons hobby : CTB means cost to borrow. Its for shorts who dont have the shares borrow from HF to drive the price down. So they borrow and sell it on the market. If this drive the price downwards, they can buy at a cheaper price. If there is not effect, they have to pay the interest of CTB.
