102324865 : Any1 also can. Just that GOOG has no voting rights.
Lpcool : A has the right to vote, C does not have the right to vote, everything else is the same, in fact, for retail investors, there is no difference.
TrinityM : GOOGL is better as large investors normally want voting rights.
