The more it falls, the more you buy with a stop loss.

$S&P 500 Index (.SPX.US)$

I mentioned before that the premise of buying more when the price falls is to have a stop loss. I have reasons to believe in the trading theory of the Wolf King. He has validated his theory through more than ten years of trading experience. The following statements are all my self-summary after watching his videos as a beginner. Experts are welcome to correct me. Trolls are not welcome. Their theories are all correct, please go around. Thank you.

If you are ready to buy on the left and bottom, first of all, your position must be less than two levels. And you need to build your position in a pyramid style, not buying all the positions of two levels at once. Usually, the entry price is a range rather than a specific price. Choose the entry timing based on your risk preference. Some people enter at the high point of the range, while others choose to enter at the low point of the range. So the price difference between the entry point and the stop loss point can be used for pyramid-style adding positions.

You need to consider where the stop loss point is before entering the market. If your brokerage software supports setting stop loss when buying, please set it when buying. If not, be sure to set the stop loss order as soon as possible after buying. I have paid too much money for this.

The shorter the time you set the stop-loss order when buying, the less you will be affected by price factors when setting it. Otherwise, no matter the rise or fall, you will be influenced when setting the stop-loss order. This is human nature. Do not challenge human nature. Very few people can overcome human nature, are you sure you are one of them?

If you have set a stop-loss order, when it reaches the price, just execute the stop-loss, don't think about it before, leaving the summary for after the stop-loss. Follow the rules, not your emotions.
