Unless you sold puts to open, you are pissing into headwinds way stronger than your little stream.  Lots of huge institutional positions have been recently opened with the selling of puts or the buying of calls both of which don’t make money unless there is a rise in stock price and when these type of institutional bets in the 5-10 mil range are laid down, rarely do they miss.  Some have expirations very soon even though they were just opened.  most of the open positions that were opened months ago with the buying puts or selling calls to open them have been closed recently with the selling of puts or buying of calls transactions to close.  These made a fortune riding on the back of pltr during this months long descent.
