Since Singapore became the first Asian bourse to offer special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC) listings in Sept 2021, there has been a flurry of activity on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in the turn of the new year, with a trio of debut of blank cheque firms in January 2022 alone.
