1. A description of the content: Live voting or E-voting.
2. Your Name, Moomoo ID, Contact Number, and Stock code for the meeting.

We cannot complete the transactions necessary to combine Discovery and the WarnerMedia Business, including the Merger, unless Discovery stockholders approve the Charter Amendment proposals and the Share Issuance proposal. Your vote is very important, regardless of the number of shares you own.
