Do have strong faiths in what you've selected, just like how you picked your partner, unless you fail to do adequate screening before making up your mind. :)
I'm a value investor and I do select my backet of stocks carefully, just like how we screen through the potential bf-to-be candidates, according to a set of criteria we have in our mind. We will only chip in (initiating a bf-gf relationship) when we don't know each other well. Once we find there is this one candidate ticks all the boxes, of course, we won't let him go so easily. Once he becomes you bf, you plan for your future together, and get married and have kids. You will not divorce so easily. This is the same case for stocks. Once we see a good growth value stock, we surely will want to bag in and grow with the stock together.
