Still people get scared. Uncertainty I feel is enough to make people panic sell. Investors, both rich and retail, love certainty. They don’t want ambiguity, and we see that everywhere- market fluctuations when fed interest rates change, when government changes hands, etc. A war in a country with promised ramifications from the entirety of the EU and NATO, is a level of uncertainty we haven’t had in a long time.
