Sell options

Volatility is the friend of options. Option premiums are high when there is volatility and this allows one to sell protected put options against good quality companies I want to buy. One can also sell protected calls if the market direction looks to be going sideways. However, never sell naked puts or naked calls in a trending stock as this is extremely dangerous
