How to cope with the crrent turbulent stock market
I am changing my investment strategy based on current market conditions.
1. I am still a long term bullish investor. I held company's stock who has solid fundamental financially, profitabilities and stable growth in the future under any of market environment. I will continue buy these type of stocks at dip.
2. I am doing house keeping now. I cleaned up some stocks which financial fundamentals have been changed or potential growth may have challenge in the near future.
3. Keeping more then 50% cash in hands and waiting for opportunities coming.
4. I am still doing short term trading. But I choose stocks for short term trading very seriously. If I am not famliar with the stock, I don't do it. Also I only use 1% or 2 % of cash to do short term trading.
5. Be patient, be patient and be patient, I say to myselfe always.
