Trump: "Get ready! Your favorite President will see you soon!"
"Truth" is scheduled to be officially launched on the 21st of this month, according to an advertisement on the Apple Store, and it cost $1 billion to build.
On Feb. 15, former US President Donald Trump's son Donald Jr. posted on Twitter a screenshot of his father's verified @realDonaldTrump Truth Social account with one post, or "truth," that he uploaded on Feb. 14: "Get Ready! Your favorite President will see you soon!"

As more images of the app have surfaced, the more Truth Social appears to be a direct clone of $Twitter (Delisted) (TWTR.US)$, the social network of choice for Trump before he was kicked off the platform.
Trump's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts were suspended last year following the attack on the US' Capitol building by some of his supporters. Following the ban, he announced he would launch his own social media company to counter what he called the "tyranny of big tech."
"I am excited to send out my first TRUTH on TRUTH Social very soon. TMTG was founded with a mission to give a voice to all," Trump said in a statement released by the Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG). "I'm excited to soon begin sharing my thoughts on TRUTH Social and to fight back against Big Tech."
Before his ban, Trump had nearly 89 million followers on Twitter, 35 million on Facebook, and 24 million on Instagram.
