First, please ponder over this statement. If you agree with it, then please consider your stock portfolio. How many stocks do you have in your portfolio? Have these stocks already exceeded your capabilities? Do you not have enough time to take care of each stock?
If the answer to all these questions is affirmative, then let's embrace each other and console ourselves.
I have now realized that the number of individual stocks in my current portfolio has exceeded my capabilities. I can take a passive approach and call it long-term investment, accompanying the company's growth. However, even as a qualified long-term investor, I still need to study the company's financial reports and announcements. This is time-consuming for amateur stock traders. Moreover, many people don't even bother to look at these reports and simply buy based on snippets of code and brief descriptions they see on social platforms.
So, now I am actively and positively reducing the number of individual stocks in the portfolio, starting with those with low confidence. Combining the current market situation, I will sell these individual stocks and follow the technical indicators to find a reasonable exit point in the technical aspect.
It can also be considered as a test of the technical knowledge I learned from Wolf king.
