$E-mini Dow Futures(SEP4) (YMmain.US)$ $E-mini NASDAQ 100 Futures(SEP4) (NQmain.US)$ $E-mini S&P 500 Futures(SEP4) (ESmain.US)$ Now that we have broken prior lows on NDX, and likely to Break the SPX prior lows soon, what should you be expecting? Double bottom and reversal?
I have shared that all on my video. Is it time to average in? Will your favourite stocks fall more? I have talked about it all in this video. Some has signs of a relief rally coming. Some have signs of more downside to come. Take your time to watch and know what to expect.
Some will preach DCA is the best method, you are not wrong. DCA is proven to work for people who do not know / want to do Technical analysis as we have been in a secular bull market. However DCA at the wrong levels in a Correction doesn't give you the best results. Making 5% when we hit a new ATH and making 25% in the same time is totally different.
That's why I always say, DCA at the right level, at the right entry. This helps you maximise gains. So many retailers bought at the top thanks to people calling lows when it was only the start. Because many of those who called a low, thought it was going to be like 2020 and 2021 where the market didn't dip much and didn't take long to recover from the minor dips.
Come start of 2022, I warned it was going to be different. New investors will gain new experience where they realise correction is different from a pullback and it can potentially wipe out your entire 1 year gains in a period of 2-3 months. And it isn't going to be a straightforward 4 to 6 weeks of downfall before we rocket back up thing.
Understanding a correction and going through it is different. There is the emotional factor. Talking about diamond hand and really going through it when some of your stocks in your portfolio fall 50% and looking at unrealised losses of 5 figure is different.
