My trading philosophy

As an impatient person, I went in the stock market with the beginner luck and the following year immediately took an equally hard beat down. I thought that my trading strategy is good enough. I was very wrong. I have developed my philosophy to more patient and less sporatic. I used to take any deal that I think is discounting, without spending a week looking at the underlying asset's fundamentals and why they are at the price they are now. the reason being I was FOMO that the reversal will happen. I now learn that if such reversal happen, let it happen if I dont know enough about the underlying company. knowledge will help me find much better and more solid entry points
