chowyunfatt OP SooEng : i don't think there is an optimal. just trade within your risk tolerance. if swinging 45-90 days contracts makes money for you. then nothing else matters.
Trading APE : Calls?

in summary.. at opening hour bought calls. then about lunch hour and after lunch bought calls and puts within a range i id-ed.
