PUTIN MAKING ANOTHER QUESTIONABLE STATMENT

Putin Has made a statement to his nuclear council to stay on high alert. Basically implicating that there may be a chance of a launch of a nuclear weapon by someone other than russia. Who in their right mind would launch a nuclear weapon? He is obviously blowing smoke. This will not happen at all. But the crypto markets reacted negatively when these headlines came out. Ot was a small correction. I dont think it will hold.
