High dividend ranking is indeed a good sorting feature to have in moomoo app. With this, we are given the chance to explore new stocks with high dividend in which we may missed out.
Dividend stocks are only good if the company is doing good . If not, continuously giving out high dividend if the company is not doing well will only drag themselves down. So, DYODD before u invest in high dividend company.

Isn't display of big institutions investing company a norm to have? We already can view the US market shareholders of the company. Guess I will select all the choice... I'm kinda greedy. The more the features in the apps better. But do not introduce more bugs/glitches, we don't need those .

Investing in dividend paying stocks have few advantages: - most companies pay dividends on a quarterly basis and hence that is regular income - there is also price appreciation of the stock - many high dividend paying companies have helped to weather economic downturns - most of the companies are strong companies with good prospects for long term - dividends help us to reinvest by buying more shares in the company - company that has great deal of cash only distribute dividends because of their strong performance
As shared by @Milk The Cowplease do your due diligence in picking the right stock if you are interested in long term growth and stable income.

The benefits of dividends for investors are obvious. As dividends are paid year by year, investors' shareholding costs are gradually declining, which can help investors lock in profits and reduce investment risks to a certain extent. However, stable and predictable dividends for listed companies may be even more important. The dividend benefits enjoyed by investors at different stages are very different. They are happy and happy. The lack of stability and predictability in the dividends of listed companies may also be an uncertain risk for investors.

I like dividend paying stocks as a form of monthly income and also hedge against inflation. Moreover, I take it as my payback as safety-net approach because stocks behaviour is sometimes unpredictable just like now stocks are going down due to war btw Russia n Ukraine

If I’m going to bag hold, I’d much rather it be a stock that pays dividends. I’ve actually just bought into one recently just to have one that pays dividends.

In terms of investment and at times of uncertainty, I like to hold on to dividend paying stocks . I believe that good company with good revenue that pay good dividends to investors are always popular. In long term wise , it will give you good returns .
