[Starter Guidance]
I believe most of mooers have opened account on moomoo after they used our platform. Today we will guide mooers to know about how to deposit and withdraw funds.
Deposit: Open your moomoo app and login into your account. Tap on the "Me" page, click "Trading Related," then find "Deposit."
Then make an AUD transfer using your online banking app or website. A 3rd-party transfer will be denied, therefore please transfer from a bank account under your name.
Within 1-3 business days, your cash will be sent to your account. You'll get an email and an app notice once everything is finished.
Up to this part, I think most of the mooers have completed their deposit. If any mooers still haven't met all the processes, click more to learn about alternatives.
Withdraw: To begin, go to the "Me" tab and select "Trading Related". Second, choose "Withdraw" and begin the withdrawal procedure.
You can choose the account you want to transfer and enter an amount.
Fill in your trading password, then submit the request. And your funds will be credited to your account within 1-3 business days.
