Stuck in a vicious loop

I fell into the endless loop of conspiracy on meme stocks as this was my first investment ever.. stuck with meme stocks like GME and AMC, with the daily dose of SEC citadel DOJ news corrupting my
investment mind.
moral of the story: do your own research and due diligence for sure and trust no one, even self proclaimed masters or Wall Street experts or ex-employees!
