Moomoo's techincal glitches - Bad encounter
Lost a few thousands when I suay enough to encounter technical glitches with Moomoo. I weren't able to sell off my microsoft option during the recent ER when the price shooted up high. Really suay, as it rejects every sales transaction I put up to sell Microsoft options. It takes damn long to contact the customer service to rectify the issue. Really dissappointed with Moomoo.

Gilley : 8 k down not able to sell my options in qqq till they went all the way down just kept canceling my orders called couldn't figure it out tried selling again called right away went back to negative couldn't sell still till the guy said to try Uninstaller and re install it but that time way screwed already I was up twice and trying to sell but wouldn't give me the option till then was so bogus 3rd thing first was a magic 1300 percent halt wiping out 80k then buying in to low in a stock that dropped and them changing my orders to a short scammed market anytime I do good this crap happens
