people think this is the 1970s and 1990s, the weighted impact of; apple, Google, and Microsoft(all separately) is greater than the entire energy sector. So if you think that this quick rise in oil prices is going to have a big effect you're probably wrong. It would need to be going up incrementally for weeks, maybe months before recession territory is even a thought.
