S&P upgrades Nvidia to 'A' with stable outlook

$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ S&P Global Ratings upgraded NVIDIA by one notch to "A" from "A-", stating that the higher rating reflects "its solid competitive position and a conservative financial policy that we believe will enable the company to maintain minimal leverage over time." S&P said.
NVIDIA will ramp shareholder returns in lieu of acquisitions but expect it to maintain a strong balance sheet given its strong free cash flow characteristics.
